Two H-1B transfers in 7th year?

I am currently on Company A's payroll and have filed H-1B transfer (premium processing) to compnay B. Have not received the receipt yet. I'd like to transfer to company C now. Should I do a transfer from A to C, or from B to C at a later date (once I have paystubs from B)?

My understanding is my H-1B is still valid with A as long as I am paid from A and eventhough my H-1B transfer is approved to B. Is it correct?

But I am already in my 7th year, and the petition will be based on LC filed by A. Thanks again.
