I cannot find any answers to my question as I do not even know how to ask it properly.
My husband is on H1, about to go beyond 6 years as his PERM application is pending for over one year (I'm mentioned in this appliction). I am on H4 and found an employer who is willing to ponsore H1 for me.
My questions:
1. is the time spent on H4 counted toward h1 6-year limit?
2. can my future employer start LC process for me if I'm mentioned in my husband's application? Or I have to ask to take me out of his PERM application?
