Hi,
I have filed two 485's,one with pre-approved labor(PD is Mar'2007) as a future employee and other one concurrent
filing with my original labor of PD JUL'2007 as a regular employee.
As per ginnu and other senior members, when you file second 485,you have to mention the first 485 A#. but in my case i was not assigned A# when I filed my second 485.
Last week I got the receipt and FP notices for my first filed 485 at TSC.
my other 485 is at NSC..still waiting for my receipts.
Does it cause any trouble while assigning A# for me at NSC.I mean will it be possible to have two A# for a person.
my attorney is suggesting to withdraw first filed 140 and 485.
But I want to withdraw first one..Only when I get the receipt number for my second 485.
Please advise me ....whether I am doing write/wrong..or shall I continue with two 485's till the end..and as soon as CIS approved one I will withdraw other one.
To be safe side..will it be better to withdraw my first filed 485 with pre-approved labor.
Thank you.
