Just talked to TSC....It is so frustrating.
I asked about whats going on, she sounded...she didnt care...well...your case was just transferred from VSC and we are trying to process all our TSC cases first and also trying to bring VSC to current proccessing times..
When I asked if my background/NC cleared..."well it must have been...since its was lying at VSC for so long..." then it seemed like she did check on the computer and said yes it was cleared...And she did tell me that I was issued FP2 notice and they have the results already.
Bottom Line...they are trying to align the time line for for all the VSC cases with resident TSC cases.
Frankly...I do not know if any of it is true....

4 APs approved since then, did not apply for EAD all the time but only couple of times- Approved
Fp2 - May 2nd, Few LUDs after that, the last one on 5/15
