Both called TSC yesterday night and heard the sweet
message.

Receiving a RFE may not be a bad thing. At least we know that your case is being processed. I\'d say yours is very close once you summit the material they requested.

I also checked the AVM, it played the same old msg. but no RFE.

I don\'t know Yet. But I guess It is for Educational Evaluation, because My M.E is from BIT, Ranchi, India, Not from USA. We have not sent the Evaluation with I-140 Papers.

I-94 issue

Hi gurus,
         Recently i have sent my 485 documents to my attorney,
today morning i got a call from him on my I-94 validity.
I came to US in March 1998 and my visa was valid until Nov 2000.
some time in Oct 1999 my company filled H1 extention and it got approved.
I went to India in Mar 2000 and came back on Apr 4th 2000, at the port of entry
they have seen my passport and issued I-94 valid until Nov 2000 based on my Visa.

I have sent my new H1 ext for re-validation in Oct 2000 because my old one expires in Nov 2000.
What is the point in showing New H1 papers when my old H1 is valid until Nov 2000 at the port of entry
when they did not even asked.
My attorney says i have expired I-94, even though i have expired I-94 i have valid H1 and which
is been re-validated.
It doesn\'t make sense to me why is botherd about date on I-94.

What is the validation of H1b extension? I hope It is still under validation, than Answer is simple. Please send the I-94 which might have come with your H1b extension papers. It should be at bottom of
notice of action paper, may be left side and also detachable. I hope it will help you.
 
I too same Nd: 9/14/01 EB3(RIR). For this damn TSC Nov come first than

Sept. No rule at that center. They are clearing left and right Nov,01 cases. They for got Spet,01 cases(?).I do not have any idea what\'s going on there.

My case approved on March 11th.
EB2 RIR
filed actually on aug 22nd and ND is Sept5th or 6th .

RD: Sep 18th. But mailed application on Sept 9th 2001.

Please help ... Poor Guy !!

I can\'t afford attorney\'s fee and therefore, would file my i-140 petition myself. I did the same for my labor (EB2-RIR). What all documents are needed for filing I-140 petition.
I know, I need to file I-140 on new form + INS fees ($135) + original approved labor + my last three years W2\'s + my companys financial statement ( probably employers tax return and latest bank statement) + degree evaluation + experience letters.
Do I need anything else ? Do I need to send my copies of Degrees? What should be the minimum balance shown on the company\'s bank staement? I work for a small company with number of employees less than 15 and annual turnover of little less than 1.5 million. Will this have any adverse impact of my I-140 approval ? I have my birth certificate in Hindi. Will this be a limiting factor ?
So many questions... Experts please reply and help this person.
