TSC Temporarily Closed

Wanted to talk to IIO and after 4 hours of dialing, got thru the TSC Number only to hear the message that the TSC is closed temporarily closed due to emergency. Have you heard any message like this in the past ? Also, who receives the AP/EAD, whether the applicant or the attorney ? My AP renewal says that it was mailed on Dec 20th, but I haven\'t received it yet.

Yes I have heard of this once before. I also have experienced their system was down twice. It\'s very frustrating to hear this kind of message after few hours of waiting.
 
AP/EAD

I had same issue regarding AP.
It was approved on Dec. 20 but they sent it mistakenly to my lawyer.

my ead/ap approved on 20th dec. i got my ead card but havent received my AP. AP mailed on 20th. ead and ap comes @ our place. today i am trying to reach TSC. b\'coz i am planning to travel on 12th of jan to india. let c if i make it or not.

Dec approved AP received by anyone?

Anyone\'s whose AP was approved on Dec 20 (or around that time) received their AP document, either by them or at their lawyers? I haven\'t received mine and am getting worried now...pls. help
