The latest processing times show September 2006 for employment-based I-485 applications. The previous publication of processing times showed October 2006.

The transferred cases have made them go haywire.

What about EAD & AP?

Thats very important than I485.

TSC 485 date retrogressed

How do you know it is because of the transferred cases? Could it be an error? is there a way to contact via email and ask TSC? Has it happened before?

thats the trick...........USCIS does not want anyone to call/contact them anymore....

we just have to wait in the dark.......while they keep playing with the system as per their convenience..

i wont be surprised if they dont move th processing dates for the next 2-3 months....while they are working on all the new applications...

New applications generate revenue. The old have already been deposited, so no hurry.:D

Guys and Gals,

A large part of the massive progress in processing dates was "retrogression". They implemented retro which pretty much reduced their work load to zero and since retrogressed cases are not considered backlogged they were able to move dates by leaps and bounds. There was a government mandate to have processing dates within 6 months of the current date by 2006. How cleverly they were able to bring all dates within 6 months. Now that mandate has been met and they have patted themselves on the back and they are back to their usual tricks. I would not be surprised if the processing dates recede in the coming months as more and more cases become current.

cheers,

saras

Recapturing FPs, made all cases current and falling within six month processing period.

As for me.. september or october 06 at TSC doesnt really make any difference. Just because my RD is September 05. There are plenty of people on this forum with RD way before me, with the dates way back to the middle of 04 at least. Many of us are world-wide, and with current processing dates as it is on EB-1. But who cares. All of us are f....d up.

"Beat Up And Do Not Let Cry", do nothing looking busy. What else we should expect? Even it would be very difficult to get renewal of EAD within six month...:)
