Date of receipt for I-130 is March 2002. Husband USC just received notice that file is being transferred to Chicago to expedite processing. Has anyone else received this type of notice?
Hi my I-130 was on 11/5/01 and transferred to MSC on 4/30/03 for processing. I am a USC and my wife is from the Philippines, here in the states now on a K3 visa. Have not heard from MSC yet. When was your case transferred to MSC?
Notice of Transfer was May 4, 2003. Also have K-3 in process. Received notice that K-3 approved and awaiting notification from local office or U.S. Consulate in Canada. Guess its a race to see which one comes first now - I-130 or K-3.
