TSC Processing Times as of 06/30/03 is out!

Not very surprising considering what we have known about TSC. The good news is that we do have a few approvals on this forum with dates after the official cut-off date.

Difference between 06/30/2003 & 06/15/2003 Processing Times:

I-485: unchanged at 12/01/2000
EAD: 06/04/2003 (concurrent: 11/29/2002) to 06/23/2003 (concurrent: 12/10/2002)
AP: 12/05/2002 (concurrent: 11/29/2002) to 01/09/2003 (concurrent: 12/10/2002)

Finally, AP shows some signs of progress and EAD seems to be almost current.

Alam

Mohd Alam, weren't you the same guy who talked with
Mr. Khanna and had asked for support for some shareware program.
How is that effort going?
Actually, I couldn't understand the plan behind it?
But if you can explain it again, can you please do so.

Looks like until AP become current. after that TSC put more efforts on I485.
Last release EAD move to almost current
This release AP moves 1 month ahead
I guess we have to wait another 15 to 30days for I485 approvals

this is not a solution

tsc should realise that making ead or ap is not a solution. This way number of 485 keeps increasing and also the responsibility of ead/ ap for those applicants.

reduction in number of 485 is the only solution. otherwise all of the Dallas could be employed by TSC to clear ead/ap cases.

It’s not my theory
Looks like TSC is doing that. Who knows? What's the logic behind TSC 4 doing that?

We don’t know some point all 485 fillers may work for TSC for clearing the backlog.
So we all have jobs with TSC.

One theory might be that BCIS knows that as processing I-485 cases takes longer, more applications for EAD and AP will be received. Therefore, more income will be generated from these applications.

I140/485 sponsered by TSC

In this case, we need to file i140/485 to be sponsered by TSC...
I bet the processing time will be great!!!
