The 02/08 update has pushed the processing date for I485 back to April 2007 from May. At the same time NSC has moved forward to July.
WHen I called about my I485 in the EB1 category (filed 10/19/07) I was told that I was outside the processing range.
I wonder whether TSC is being overwhelmed. However, I did see from trackitt that two I 485 applications from October and November 2007 have been approved. God and USCIS move in mysterious ways..........
