TSC I-485 dates really lags behind VSC (processing March 04) & CSC (processing Oct 04). They need to move faster.
 
TSC is 2 years behind. Then why TSC is doing FP for late 2004 and early 2005 filers. If they strictly go by their standard 2 year waiting time "GAME PLAN", then who ever has done FP all will expire and the second or thrid FP to be scheduled.

TSC is doing FP way before required to make sure that their own delay in processing I-485 is not a reason not to remove a person who is removable based on FP check or criminal history.

And let's not forget those of us who filed in 2002 or even before! As you can imagine, this is not just the problem for old time filers, because you can infer from their suffering that many 2004/5 filers could still be waiting in the year 2007/8.
 
Attitude is important

Current Processing time for 485 doesn't mean anything, especially true for concurently filer. We don't know when they will process which case. The 485 processing time they posted is for seperately filer. Even that, a lot of people still are not approved who has an early RD or PD.

It is kind of interesting. Some people try to use statistical models to model the process time of INS. Good try. But i think all the models will not even close to match the real data, Our "great" INS create their own "truely" random process. I think if I can work on their data, I can get another PH.D in statistical area by modeling.

Anyway, come back to my point. Waiting is frustraing, not mention the randomness. But let us make fun of it just like POJ here. Remember the average of randomness is fairness (God gives this result). So if you are not luck, someone else will, vice versa. So happy for yourself or for somebody else...

Accuracy of Processing Time

In addition to what find said on processing times, let me tell y'all this funny observation, paraphrasing - Processing times are as accurate as a stopped clock, it is true twice in a 24-hour period.
