TSC processing date is not correct

Just now I have spoken with one of CS rep of USCIS. Couple of days back they upgraded the web site. Due to that processing dates are not correct. She told me wait couple of days and verify the processing date. If the processing date is still 9 jan'2002, Pls give them a call and they will submit a referal.
