Did you get your cards?

Minter have you received your cards by now. I have yet to receive them. RD 07/06, ND 08/13, AD 08/27.
 Is approval on AVM enough evidence to start work or one has to have the cards as evidence for employer?

Received Receipts

My lawyer informed me about receipt dates and numbers. I have to get them in hand. The details are:
Sent on: July 12
RD : July 16
ND : August 29
