Howdy All,
Here we go with July 2001.

TSC EB3 India, PD 10/15/1999, Filed I485 on July 20, 2001.
Waiting on receipt.

TSC JULY I-485/EAD/AP TRACKER

I filed for I-485/EAD/AP on July 4th, INS received them on 6th. NO response yet. Anyone out there got response from INS after filing in July.

Filed I485,EAD and AP on June 4. TSC received June 9. So far no receipts and checks not cashed.

  i also applied on June 4th.So far no response..no receipt also.Please let me knoe when u get receipt.

There seems quite a few people who applied in late june got their receipts but people who applied in first couple of weeks in June still waiting.
I don\'t see anybody in july who got the receipts, not even a single exception. please post if anybody who applied in july received reecipts.
 
EAD/AP Receipt Notices

My lawyer just informed me that they have received the receipts for
EAD/AP renewal today. RD-July middle, ND-July 24(AP), July 26(EAD).
Seems they are processing receipts in LIFO order as those who applied
in May are still waiting.
 
There is some favourtisim going on in this business

How can a mid July applicant receive receipt when so many May and June filers are desperately waiting to get their receipts? Some big currept business is going on. This should not happen in USA.It is disgusting.
 
renewal seems to be faster

People applying for EAD/AP renewal seem to get receipts faster than those also applying for I-485. The problem is that entering the I-485 applications into the system is very slow. I filed I-485/EAD/AP together and still no receipt. Last week my AP application got sent back to the attorney with a note saying "no I-485 application could be found". After talking to an IIO, my attorney found out that they hadn\'t entered my I-485 into the system but already forwarded the AP application for processing. When the INS officer wanted to process my AP he/she checked whether I have an I-485 and of course couldn\'t find it... It sucks.
