TSC is processing Jan 2000 I-485 petitions

Just spoke with an IIO and she mentioned that they are currently
processing Jan 2000 cases.

That is the great great news!!!

This is a great news since this is the first time I have heard from someone that they are officialy processing Jan 2000 cases.

FP1 was done in Nov. 1999. I called INS
back in April 2000 and requested them to
send me an FP redo notice. After 3,4 weeks,
they have sent a FP redo notice. I went to
the one of the INS support centers in Dallas
and submitted my finger prints around 6/20/2001.

I saw a similar post on isn.org (user:Ruby).
The IIO said that they are processing Jan 2000 cases and
that the case that the user was discussing was not assigned to an officer.
Ruby\'s case was approved within a few days after this conversation
indicating that the file was with an officer.
