TSC I-485 Approved

I got my I-485 approval notice on 4/28/01. My I-485 was approved on 4/20/01 according to the notice. I used my friend\'s address as mailing address. From the stamp, it looks like the notice sent from Dallas on 4/24/01. I checked AVM on 4/19/01, my case is still the general "240-365 days ..." and my husband\'s case is still " not found". I am the primary applicant. I checked on 4/23/01 and my husband\'s case changed to "240-365 days ...", and mine is not changed. I checked AVM on 4/27/01, and both mine and my husband\'s are still "240-365 days ...". I think TSC is really slow on updating its AVM system.

My case detail is:
EB2, RIR China
PD 6/28/99
485 RD 2/??/01, ND is 2/22/01
SRC-00-100
FP 6/7/00
Approval date 4/20/01

If your receipt # is SRC-00-100 THEN the i485 RD should be 02/??/00 instead of 02/??/01

The INS used fiscal year calendar which start October of the year before the current. For example, SRC-00-100 stands for fiscal year of 2000, start from October 1999, about 100th working days. which actually should be some day in Feb. 2000. Hope this helps.
