TSC I-140 AD IN JAN & NVC CASES

Hi cpers let\'s start a new thread to track tsc progress to nvc case creation.
TSC I-140 AD JAN 15 2002.
EB2
MONTREAL CONSULATE
NVC NOT RECEIVED YET.
STRANGE THING IS I CALLED TSC ON 22 FEB. RUDE OPERATOR SAID PETITION MAILED TO NVC SAME DAY AS APPROVAL. I told her nvc has not received it. She said to wait till 90 days are over.How many more in the same boat? and what can we do at this stage.

EB2 Approved Feb 21st..

I have an 140 EB2 approval date of Feb 22nd.
CP at Mumbai Consulate
NVC case not received

Hi TexasLucky ... I remember you from the TSC I140 thread ...

AD Feb 08 (TSC)... NVC received it on 21st Feb ... I talked to the operator at NVC and got the info.... SHe told me to wait for 6-8 weeks for the Pkt 3 to reach my Attorney ....
