TSC has put a temporary STOP in the I-140 Processing until March 2003

TSC has put a temporary stop on the processing of I-140 and( similar ?.) petitions, As they are vigorously working on the TPS case which has a march 7 2003 deadline. So all the resources have been moved to the TPS project. This is as per the IIOs at TSC.

Bad news for all of us , indeed.

I feel the I140 processing nearly is extremly slow. I filed i140
for 8 month, there is nothing happened.

What can we do?
