Received FP Notice

TSC - ND Aug 15 - RD May 18, FP Received on 10/10 and scheduled to do FP in November first week.

First of all, tell us is this Aug,01. Second , have you called INS or you gotr F.P notice without that. Thank You.
 
RD 03/15/2001. NO FP

What the hell is going on? How come some who filed later got FP now? Doesnt make any sense to me

Can you please provide me with this info. When did you get FP Notice, and when is FP Scheduled. My RD10May, not rcvd FP Notice yet, planning 1month trip to india. Thanks.

Received EAD/APD for self and wife Sept. 2001

Is there anyone in TSC who got FP notice recently?

Looks like FP has been stopped at TSC. Simply becaue it expires in 15 months after it is done. TSC is well aware that they are not likely to process GC for 485 applicants in 15 months. So it is simply delaying the issue of FP until they are pretty sure that it will be adjusted soon.

Please help. Is there anyone who recently got FP notice from TSC? If yes, then please post your RD and ND.

I have seen very very few cases for people with RD after Jan 01 have got FP notice.

Please help.
 
longGC..I called IIO and that is exactly what she said...

I verified my address and she explained that there is no need to worry about FP now. She mentioned that this delay will prevent me from doing FP multiple times. Allthough I forgot to ask her if she could schedule one for me if I wanted..

Spoke with IIO in Dec. 2001, IIO said "he is sending 2nd FP notice"
