Guys, I have seen a number of cases of EB2 (one EB1) applicants who got their adjudication on cases (approval/RFE) within 2 - 3 weeks of FP. I saw 2 EB 3 cases that had FP done in Jan and had approvals within 3 weeks (early Feb approval). Since then I have not seen any EB3 cases who have got their FP done recently but approvals.
I want to see if this is just because there have been no EB3 cases that have had their FP done recently or its just that TSC is not looking at EB3 cases shortly after FP.

First FP Scheduled for 03/22/2002 but did early on 03/02/2002. FBI confirmed results were transmitted back to INS on 03/04/2002 but said take them 2 - 3 weeks to download information (whatever that means).
Approval / RFE On - UNKOWN (hoping 2 or 3 weeks)
Please post details if you are EB3 and had FP done recently (regardless if it is first or 2nd).
Also, register your data at www.e-nairobi.com/aos (this site was created to take over the work Myladoor was doing since he stopped updating reports).
