TSC cases moving to NSC, reason for LUD's on approved I140 ??

my HR manager told that TSC is transferring pending I485 applications to NSC along with approved I140 file.

they need I140 file at the time of I485 approval.
This is the reason why few of us are started seeing LUD on I140 approved cases.

I am thinking this is true. Any thoughts on this :confused:
already 3 people had LUD's on approved I140 along with me.

I have not heard this anywhere else. I know that from April 1st TSC and NSC are the only centers that are going to be processing EB cases. CSC and VSC will work on family based cases. A bunch of EB cases have been moved from CSC to TSC. This was in the news a few weeks back.

Maybe NSC has a much lighter load of EB cases and they have decided to even the load between the two by transferring some extra cases from TSC to NSC. All this news of tranfers really makes me nervous because I am a victim of wrong transfers and have suffered a lot because of this.

We will have to wait and see. I have not seen any LUD changes on my approved 140.

File transfer is the last thing i am expecting to happen after spending 5 1/2 years in GC process.

I don't want to end up for few more years :confused:

Lets wait and see. Nothing is there in our hands.
only thing we can do all these years is creating new threads :)
become experts in this clueless immigation system :(

Why should TSC file move to NSC.Pending 140/485 with CSC moved to TSC.

Yes Sri789,

I posted a similar query 15 days back.
Same thing happened with my approved I-140 on March 30, 2006.
Mine is VSC, and my I-485 is pending.

I hope my application stays in TSC till I485 approval. :confused:

While Sleep

While sleeping/dreaming about next vacation, the immigration officer might have re-approved the I140 application thinking its I765/I131. Of Course they won't even review/approve I485 while sleeping....

Dont worry about the LUD and enjoy the day.
