I think we need to have a new petition for CSC rather than signing there.

See the solution, transfer cases from TSC to VSC, CSC and NSC. I dont want to even think about it ,leave about signing.

Wait a minute, I didn't read that thing fully. Yea transfering is not a solution.

I think we should still sign, and mention that CSC is equally fucked up, and transfer is not an option but fixing both just might be.
