TSC Approving, whats going on at NSC

I got my friend who got approved yesterday, PD sep 2002 from TSC

What's going with NSC, Any approvals lately?
 
It's the cold weather that has set in Nebraska .... everything is frozen until next spring when temperature rises and their cold finger get out of hibernation ....
