Trying to get a sense for how many people actually have approvals before June 2003?

Anyone knows what %age of people with NDs before June 1, 2003 actually have received the approvals?

Is it possible that USCIS is only going to look at cases past their current processing date, thereby leaving people like me (who applied before that date) waiting forever?

Dont despair.
I dont think CIS will forget you (us). Parth's approval (Link) should give you some hope. I think it has now become more of a "when was the FP2 done?" rather "what is your ND?" issue. It seems like the applications with FP2 done in Sep 2004 are being processed now. So, you should expect to hear from them sooon.
And, then (after you, of course :) ), I should expect my approval (with FP2 done in Oct 04).

Good luck.

Is it irrespective of FP1 OR FP2 ? According to the posts it seems USCIS aren't considering fp1/2, just going by fingerprinting month.
I did my fp2 in Sep-17, hoping eagerly to get some emails by this month.

There's probably no better way to find the answer to this than to look at the scans that nemessis has been doing in this thread: http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?p=968858#post968858.

Looks at the trend in the "Completed" section right before the graph in the spreadsheet.
