trying to create a spreadsheet with cases pending... help me out...

My case details:

PD RD ND FP 140(CP/AOS)
10/99 1/8/01 1/16/01 5/3/01 CP

It doesn\'t matter which month your case belongs...Till Jan\'01.

My aim is to create one list with all pending cases so far...
