Trying to check status

Hi All: I have been trying to check the status of our application on the AVM at teh VSC. The number I am sure is 802 527 4913, but for some reason, I am just unable to get through today...

Anyone facing a similar problem?
Has the number changed by any chance?

I had the same problem. After several re-dials I got the line, but it was just ringing. No Answering System... : (

Well, it will ring and ring and ring and then finally you will
hear "Hello" .... This week the system response time is horrible

Its very difficult to get in day time.
Its better to do night after 9PM.
If you want to just check status, I recommend try in night times.
Lets leave the chance to the other sufferers get chance to talk to IIO directly on various issues.

I usually call in the late hours. Being in the west coast helps. Generally, calling after 9:00pm (Pacific) gets you through. However, for the past few days I have encountered the busy signal even very late at nights. Also, even getting through, the system response to key tones is very slow. There seems to be some problem with the system. Has anyone else experience the similar thing?
