Try to Call IIO this morning . Holded for 60 minutes and then dropped.

I got really frustrated after getting the same hold message and finally dropped the phone. Surprising I got connected in the third attempt.

I got thru\' and spoke to the IIO only after a 8 minute wait on 06/27/2001 at 12:00 am EST. At other times I have had to wait for 20-30 minutes. Just for your info. please.
