I plan to visit the Canadian Consulate in NY on Monday (31st Dec). However their website syas that they will be closed after noon (12PM). On regular days they accept visitor visa applications between 8 and 10:30AM. My question is, how long does it take for them to actually stamp the visa in the passport following approval? Can anyone share their experience? Please help its urget. thanks.
