Trouble accessing my account using the customer service number

I tried to access my account using the 1-800 number and it said the system is having trouble and asked me to call later. I have been having the same problem since yesterday morning.Is anyone else having the trouble that I am having right now?

I just tried 1800 number. My case was found and it gave the 360 days msg.

Have you tried to access the case using 1800 number before?

What is the case status showon on website?

I tried it again now and it gave me the 360 day message and so nothing has happenned.
