Tried to call IO today by POJ method

Hi, I tried to call Texas IO today through POJ method. After entering the Receipt# it says it can't access our case info due to system problem. Tried with both my spouse's and my receipt#. Anyone getting the same message today? I was able to get status other days.

I too talked to a TSC IO - but not of any use

I used the POJ method this morning and got connected after 15 minutes. This is how the conversation went:

Me: I had submitted my I-485 application in April, 07 and would like to know the status of the same

IO: Receipt No.

Me:...........

IO: (laughingly or rather mockingly)You just applied and you expect a status....

Me: I applied in April.

IO: Your Name check is pending.

Me: Oh. Could you please say about my finger prints.

IO: Finger prints are fine

Me: Could you please if my case has been assigned a visa number.

IO: Sir, we do not assign visa number without the NC being cleared.

Me: Could you please say for how long my NC has been pending.

IO: One year

Me: But, I submitted my application in April.

IO: Sorry, since April.

Me: Thank you very much.

This is how it went.

I asked about the recent LUDs (in July) on my case...... she was not able to tell anything....

I know mine is a little (actually not little, very early) early to expect an approval. But, if I know that my NC is cleared I don't mind waiting......for my turn to come.

But, now I think I will just keep thinking that my day will come when it has to come.

I am sure she is bullshitting around and either gossping at work or watching porn. Have no interest in your case and your life without a GC.

that's true..when i called today morning she was watching TV(may be listening to radio)... I can clearly hear that....
