Tricky Situation Please Advise...

I am in bit tricky situation require your advice, I came to US through company A, In Sept 2004 i transferred my H1 to company B and started working for company B on H1 receipt. But INS raised an RFE, hence i immediately applied for H1 transfer to company C and got my approval. company B is still appealing against my case, online status shows that your case has been send to AAO, it will be reviewed and we will let you know.

Question:

I have got an offer from reputed company D will this appeal interfere in getting my H1 transferred to company D?

Please note company D is filing my H1 transfer in the same center.

It shouldn't. Was the RFE for your information or Company information. If the RFE was for your information then may be the INS might ask the same questions again. But if it was for that other company, I don't think you have to worry about it.

Actually most of them was company related but they asked questions about my computer science degree. But Company B got evaluated and that evaluation they are going to use in AAO.

Does INS goes through previous records i am very much afraid with CSC its really very strict.

Please advice me what precautions i need to take for Company D.
