Tricky situation on my H1B?

I was working for employer “A” who fired me. My H1B was in the stage of processing and I guess it will be withdrawn by employer “A”.

Recently I got an offer from employer “B” and he is willing to apply for my H1B. What all I need to inform attorney of employer B? I just want to inform him that my previous H1B is being withdrawn and I do not want to tell him that I was fired. Is this fine? Or do I need to give him the details.

Also can I apply for H1B with employer “B” while my H1B with employer “A” is in the stage of being withdrawn?

Before A withdraw your H1, transfer to B immediately. You need not inform about you being firedThanks,

But is it possible to transfer while it is in proceesing stage. When I see the status online (or through phone), it says that it is under processing age (will take 90-120 days)

Also I guess employer "A" has filed for the withdrawl, but it takes about 4-5 months for the withdrawl.
