Analysis
--------

April 2001 rd cases took 4 months to process.
Majority of april rd cases have been done.

May cases were started in Jan 2002 and feb 2002 saw some processing also. May 2001 rd cases
have not been completed. It looks like this will go the same way as april
and will take 4 months and should be 90 percent completed by end of April 2002

June and july rd could be considered as one batch and have started processing in Feb 2002
By the same above theory I feel that they will be 90 percent completed by end of May 2002

Good job. My RD is 4/26/01. No approval yet

Hi
Thank you for the good job. What happened to the minority of
April cases? What can we do? I called IIO twice and did not get
any info. The JIT still is 01/01/01,so my lawyer refused to do
anything. You really has good sense about green card matters.
Please advise us. Thank you very much in advance

Jimmy Gao

could you give me more details about your case

please give as much detail as you can

Good Analysis but......

then you have to remember the idiot factor.

You know the loser who keeps on posting fake id\'s here with approval notices. If you look at the trend, a large majority of the approvals in the last couple of months is this idiot posting here. It\'s easy to see, look at the way then number of id\'s were in a month (say May) from a week to week basis and then see the number of approvals increase on a week by week basis. There is a direct correlation of almost a 1 to 1.

Example (Using May\'s Users):

On Feb 25:
No. of User Id\'s - 99
No. of Approvals - 59

On Feb 27:
No. of User Id\'s - 101
No. of Approvals - 61

(2 new users and 2 new approvals - what a coincidence!)

On Mar 1:
No. of User Id\'s - 102
No. of Approvals - 64

(only an increase in users of 1 and 3 new approvals, so there were 2 "genuine" approval notices)

On Mar 7:
No. of User Id\'s - 106
No. of Approvals - 68

(WOW - what an amazing coincidence again, 4 new user id\'s and 4 new approval notices, get the point)

This loser has nothing better to do.

Detail of my case

Hi,rsrgc
Sorry that I did not reply to you earlier. My Detail: RD 4/26/01, ND
6/27/01. WAC-01-222-xxxxx. EB2 (NIW). China. FP 10/5/01 and
11/12/01(received 2 FP notice, did both earier than schadule).
AVM: 12/27/01.....resumed. I-140 done in VSC. I-485 in
CSC(moved to CA 01/01) . VSC put the wrong PD on the I-140
approval notice(PD on it is 5/30/2002, should be 5/30/2000,since
got it 6/4/2000). Do you think my caseis delayed because of the
wrong PD on I-140? I sent letter and fax last week . No response
yet.
Please advise. thank you.

Jimmy

cases of

different centers generally take longer

your I-140 was of VSC and I-485 filed in CSC

Hence the delay

What is the fax number that you have faxed to ?
I hope the fax number is correct.

I expect that you case will be processed within 2-3 weeks - when CSC receives fax message they search for file and process the case.

Good Luck !!!!

Jimmy Gao, rsrgc..

If your I-140 was processed at a center other than the center where your I485 is getting processed(CSC in our case) your case may be delayed compared to cases where both I140 and I485 were processed at the same center. The reason is the A-File. Your A-file will be stored at the center where you did your I140. When they do data entry of your I485 at a different center they request all sorts of background checks applicable to your case and also send out a request to the center which has your A-File to route it to them(CSC in our case). Your I485 cannot be processed without the A-File being located and physically connected to your case file. However, FP notices do not wait for the A-File. I think case assignment depends on availability of your A-File quite like availability of the background check report. The thing that I have absolutely no idea about is the time taken for the A-File to arrive at the correct center. I am in the same boat, my I140 was processed was processed at a different center than CSC. I do think that all JULY and earlier RD cases have waited so long that it is inconceivable to think that the A-File has not yet made its way to CSC.
I also do not think that the wrong PD has anything to do with your case being delayed. Have you talked with an IIO to find out if your case has been assigned or not?. Also, I do not think assignment goes by PD. It is definitely by RD or ND/WAC#.

not necessary due to fake id

I believe Pcee collects cases that are posted on this forum that were not in his list and put them to his summary as a reflection of new approvals. I was one of the 4 new approvals in Pcee\'s March 7 list and was added as an approved case. That explains why the new id and new approvals match.

So the coincidence is not necessary due to fake id/approvals. I believe Pcee marks these cases in red in his summary so you know how many are those cases.

By the way, I had asked Pcee to add my detail to his list. But the request was in his Pcee private message and he had problem access his old Pcee account so my case info was not added.

Thank s, Dee Rod and rsrgc

Thank you very much, guys. I called twice, and first IIO told me that
the case had been assigned and the second said not assigned
yet 4 weeks later. I was so confused. I do not know if it is
assigned or not. I sent the fax to 949-389-3484(div IV), Is it
correct?

Jimmy

parthaN, IIO\'s job is to give out information...

That is why they are called Immigration Information Officers. They do not adjudicate cases while on duty as IIO. But, If you meant, do not call IIO unless your case is really delayed or you have a special issue, I agree with you. Each person has to be the judge of how badly they want to get more up-to-date status on their case.

The only conclusive trend here is that.....

Vishnu (and his miriad of fake aliases) is an utter wanker

PD analysis is missing here

Seems that approved cases are either earlier PD or PD is not null. Can somebody justify this?
