I had two consecutive LUD's on 485's for both myself and wife. I went to Infopass before the LUD's and after the LUD's and got the same info of Primary name check pending and wife's name check is cleared. She does not have any clue about LUD's . Details are in signature.

It is a crap! Many IOs told my NC is pending. When i called yesterday, i was told that my Case is not assigned to any officer and Visa # will be available after OCT 2007 only

2 of 4 my friends directly got approvals without LUDs and on this forums, i see 485 LUDs mean approvals anywhere from 2 days to 2-3 weeks.
AND it seems to be based on RD of 485
if that comforts you guys...

It could be... But I-485 LUD means..always some positive guessing....
