I FILLED AN i130 WHILE I WAS IN USA BUT I LEFT EARLIER IN AUGUST. My petition has been aprroved five days ago. what should i do? should inform the NVC that i m now in london and transfer my case to the US embassy in london?

Has an I-485 been filed? Was consular processing requested on the I-130?
 
How long does the nvc to look at the approved petition?
Can i apply for a k3 visa in order to come to usa?
