Travelling with AP and expired I-94

Could someone confirm on two issues I have with travelling using AP.

a. Is there any known issues or possible hiccups that could come up travelling on approved AP and pending I-485 approval.

b. My current I-94 expired in conjunction with my last H1-B expiration and would this cause any problem when travelling on an AP issued based on pending I-485.

The only significant ones are if you are subject to the 3/10 year bars and are adjusting based on 245i (unlikely, nowadays) or if you plan on bringing in a spouse or child on a dependent visa.

No, so long as it expired after your I-485 was filed.
