Looking for some advice on using AP while travelling.
My wife and I have obtained our EAD and AP. I485 still in process. FP completed.
H1 and H4 valid till Jan 2003.
Going on a trip to India. On return, is it better use the AP or should we use the H VISA with 485 filing recpt.
Also, anything that we need to be aware of at this stage of the GC process in regards to travelling out of the country?
