Travelling while on H1 and LC

I was on F1->H1 .

my company is filing LC for me. Can I travel to India and get H1 stamping done at India ?

Will there be any problem in getting H1 stamping coz of green card . My LC might get cleared in 3 months. Will there be in any problem gettting H1 stamping done in second stage of green card ?

IT shouldn't H1 is a Dual Intent Category, and since your I140 is not yet filed you should answer no for the question "Did any one file for your immigration petition"
