travelling while H1B petition pending

Hi, My H1B transfer was filed on 8th Oct using
premium processing. I understand that I should
get an approval notice by 22 nd oct. BUT I need to leave USA on 16 th Oct.
My question is that if I leave USA while my H1B transfer is pending WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE PETITION?
