Travelling to USA after sending documents to KCC

Good evening gentlemen,

Me and my wife have plans to celebrate our honeymoon around august 2013 in EU and USA, which is a couple months before the start of interviews. We both have tourist visas B1/B2 and I was wondering if traveling to USA after sending documents to KCC, (but before the start of interviews) would cause any problems with our case ?

Should we just avoid entering USA before the interview ? Or I shouldn't worry ?

Regards

what passport do you hold? Actually august 2014?? You will probably have GC`s by that time -.-

If you get refused GC in process and you enter USA on tourist visas.. you can get into trouble.

Interviews start in October 2013

I also had a B1/B2 visa before I got my GC and made 3 trips to the US between sending in forms and my interview. My own personal experience is that I had no problem at all. None of the border staff I dealt with mentioned anything.

I had similar worries to you so on each trip I brought proof that I had funds and good reasons to return home. I kept those documents neatly organized in a document-holder, just in case.

Similar story here, good idea to show reasons to return home (eg letter from employer, proof that you own a house).

I like that you said "in da" :) My company travel lady booked us a ride with no GPS , so we decided to have a go at driving with no satellite help and...ended up "in da hood". My colleague almost got a heart attack when we stopped and asked for directions some nice, young gentlemen drinking in the afternoon. That is not the area of Buffalo that you want to visit :D

We once (this was long ago) ended up accidentally driving through bed-stuy at night. Didn't quite realise where we were until a cop car flashed us, pulled us over, and once they figured out we were lost they escorted us out of the suburb and let us go when we were "safe"....

Lol - you two like living dangerously. You can tell when you get int a grim area. My wife seems blissfully unaware about this though, and her idea about a bad area is if she can't find a Peets coffee or at least a Starbucks...
