My kids have had OCI since 2012 but have now received new passport last year. We did not get a chance to renew their OCI. We will be travelling to India next month and do not have enough time to renew their OCI. Many people have mentioned that it is okay to travel with the old passport and the OCI card. But their old passports do not have the U-visa sticker (any OCI issused after 2012 did not come with the U-visa sticker). Their ages are 8 and 15. Is is still sufficient to travel with OCI/old passport (without the U-visa sticker) and the new passport? Or should we apply for e-visa just in case? Pls advise.
