You need transit Visa, if you do not have a valid visa in your passport.

I just talked to couple of different in Air India, they said I need a transit Visa becuase I am using AP and I do not have valid Visa.

Need Help please

I am vising India via Franfurt and I do not have valid Visa in my passport. But I have valid AP and I would like to use while entering to US. I have to change the flight in Frankfurt.

My question is because I do not have valid visa in my passport, will the imigration officer in Frankfurt allow me enter into the flieght that come to US?

Does he know anything about AP??

Try this.

baby:
1. Check this link
http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=199662
There is an Official German document attached in this.
2. Call the nearest German Consulate and inquire.

3. or Email German embassy/consulate and send the attached document to
check its veracity.
4. If you still have to travel; take a copy of this document along.

It is always better to check before your journey.

I guess we need transit visa to travel via paris, if you donot have valid VISA stamped or Greencard

4- Frequently asked questions
Q : I am an Indian citizen. I will fly from Newark to Mumbay through Paris. I will stay within the airplane during the 2 hours stop. The US visa stamped in my passport is no more valid. I do not have a green card.

A : If you do not have a valid US visa stamped in your passport (look at the "expiration date") or a green card, you do need an airport transit visa even if you stay in the airplane.

You don't need the Transit visa to frankfurst as long as you hold Advance Parole. For other people with expired H1B needs the transit visa.I just came from the vacation and we had no issue with the AP.First of all nobody asked Visa/Advance Parole from us.All i did before the travel was contacted the consulate and explain the situation and they said that if you hold the advance parole then you don't need the transit visa.

Thanks
