Travelling to India on a valid H visa stamp from last employer

I have a valid H1B visa stamp and my family has valid H4 visa stamp for my previous employer with validity until May 2007. And we have approval notices from DHS for the transfer our H1B / H4 visa to my new employer with validity until October 2007.

Do we need to go for visa revaildation for renetry into US?

you dont need Visa stamping at POE show your Passport valid visa stamp AND new H1 transfer notice and you will get I-94 till October 2007.
