Travelling to Canada using AP while I485 is pending

I plan to go to Canada to apply for the PR card soon. I have I485 pending case (>180 days now), I140 was approved. But I left the sponsoring company and am searching for a company to use AC21.

So my question is - will there be any issues during this period (before I locate a new US employer) that I travel to Canada using advance parole document? Can I safely return? Will there be any impact to my I485 case?

With AP you are ok (as long as you did not have any previous out of status period)
