Travelling to Canada, Lost I-94

Hi All

I lost my original I-94, but I have the one that is attached to my H1-B visa. I am planning to go to Canada for stamping. Is it ok if I go there and do not have an I-94 in the passport, or I have to apply for lost I-94?

IT happend to me once. When I came back to usa they charged me $5 and gave me a new I-94 card.

So there was no problem while stamping? They did not ask for your original I-94?
