Hi, I got stamped 2 months back, did not receive plastic card.we are going to india flying by NW thru amsterdam.do i need transit visa? do i need to carry employment letter other than my passport with stamp.
You should probably be calling:
1. The airline
2. The Dutch Consulate
These rules change all the time, so it is best to be on top of it. But usually European countries do not recognize I551, they only recognize plastic cards.
