Travelling restriction on TN

I had this question in my mind, now I am putting it here.

TN become invalid when TN holder travel out side North America. Why? Is there any work around? Like travel to Canada then travel to Europe, then coming back to Toronto and join the job.

It's not the TN that becomes invalid, it is the I-94. Multiple entry I-94s only remain so while in N America.
Simple matter of getting a new I-94 at the border/PFI.
