My friend's wife is on H4 visa. Her I495 is pending. She has EAD. Soon they will be travelling abroad. Does she need to get Advance parole or she can travel on H4. Your help will be appreciated on this. Thanks.

She can travel on H4 without AP, she needs valid unexpired visa stamp in here passport or can apply for one in consulate overseas if the stamp in here passport is already expired. EAD has nothing to do with travel.
