Travelling outside US while on F1 with green card application in progress

Hi,

My wife currently switched from an H-4 to an F1 visa. We are planning to travel outside US in summer of 2011.

My green card application is in progress. I have cleared the first two stages and am waiting for my priority date to file my 485.

If I travel outside US my wife will need to get her F1 stamped.

I am wondering if her F1 may get rejected (during stamping) considering the fact that our green card application is in progress?
 
She has immigrant intent which is contrarry to the terms of a F-1 visa. A student must declare that he/she intends to return to their home country and demonstrate ties.

She should plan on returning to H4 status.
 
Hi. I have the same question. My F1 is being processed already here in States and I used to have H4 visa. Once I get my F1 visa, I plan to go back to my country for a short visit. Will it be hard to get stamping if I travel outside USA even if I am currently enrolled? Please help.
