My wife is travelling to India next week. Her passport has a stamp of h4 visa until november. she will return in april. Does she need to carry my original h1 approval notice. I would like to give her just the copy of my h1 approval notice and I-94. is that okey? Since my company is going to apply for h1 extension and GC during the month of april, I would like to keep the original h1 approval notice (AN) with me. Please provide guidance as to whether I should hand over the original h1 AN to my wife while she is travelling? TIA
